IFC is the first store in Hong Kong and this is were it all started. The first time we went there, we waited for 3 hours and I told my friends this place better be kick ass or else I would throw a fit. The fatty tuna hand roll turn out to be heavenly and you will cravings for it. Which I do often and I would literally pop into the store and have a hand roll as a snack and leave.
They have now expanded and can find it in the following places:
